Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchased credits remain unused. We also review duplicate charges, credits not delivered after payment, and confirmed service failures.

Credits already used for generation are not refundable, except where required by law. Failed generation tasks are normally returned as credits automatically.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your account billing settings to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not normally refund the current billing period.

Requesting a Refund

Email support@imagetoai.video with your account email, order number, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
